According to the study conducted by the European business Association, October car sales volume in Russia slumped by 52% to 116 700 vehicles – on the whole the market lost 1.1% in October if compare with the previous month.
      
      Russian-made Lada remains the most popular brand with 28 211 vehicles sold in October. It surpassed Chevrolet (7265 vehicles) and Kia (7030 vehicles).
      
      As for the most popular car models, Renault Logan (5 076) surpassed Ford Focus and Lada Kalina and became third on the list following Lada Priora (8 562) and Lada Samara (7 436). Thus, Renault Logan appears to be the best selling foreign-made car in Russia.
