The world-famous smart phonee iPhone 3GS, a dream for millions of Russians, will not go on sale in Russia – the talks between Apple and Russia's largest mobile network operators reached a deadlock over thesmart phone'ss distribution.
      
      The operators see the retail price recommended by Apple for the Russian market too expensive – 35 000-40 000 rubles ($1225-1400). It is expected that new Nokia and Samsung models will replace iPhone 3GS next year.
      
      iPhone 3G, the smart phone of the previous generation, is still available in Russia, but it's not very popular due to its high price (20 000-24 000 rubles).
