42 accommodation units in the city of Blagoveshchensk (Russian Far East) were left with no heat and hot water yesternight because of the emergency on the heating line. Moreover, 2 nurseries, a school and hospital were also injured.
      
      Some of the objects were wired up to the heating via other lines, but not all of them. The consequences of emergency are being liquidated. The works are supposed to be completed by today evening. By the way, it is -25 degrees Celsius in Blagoveshchnsk now.
