A tragic incident happened in Moscow today: the driver of an offroader has shot the driver of snow-fighting vehicle dead during the quarrel, taken place between them because of road traffic accident in which both vehicles took part.
      
      The offroad’s driver fired a traumatic pistol at the snowfighter during the quarrel. The bullet entered his knee and damaged an artery. The snow fighter’s driver died from loss of blood in a few minutes. The offroader’s driver having committed homicide by misadventure fled the scene. He had not even tried to render first aid. He is put on the wanted list now.
