An ultra modern terminal to appear in Vnukovo in 2010

The international airport of Vnukovo in Moscow is going to provide itself with a new ultra modern terminal in 2010. It will be already in the May, when the first stage of the new terminal begins functioning.

The new terminal for Vnukovo is being built for already 4 yeas upon the project of the group of some German architects. The specialties of the new terminals are that it consists of two parts, for domestic and international flights, connected with each other. It means that the passengers of the transit international flights, following to their destination cities via Moscow can get into the domestic flights zone and find their flight without much confusion. New terminal includes 5 levels, one of them is underground.

The accommodation problem will be solved by a 10-storey hotel for 439 rooms. It will be built next to the airport, in front of the parking. The rooms will be provided with special equipment for babies, disabled and very fat people. The special XXL rooms will be provided for the last ones. They door ways will be considerably wider in them. The display board with airport arrivals and departures will be provided in the hotel’s lounge.

A good alternative for any hotels is short-term flats for rent. Book your flat accommodation in Moscow in advance here, using our query form.
