Russians do not follow currency exchange rates

One of the latest national hobbies – following currency exchange rates - is slowly losing its fans, says the survey conducted recently.

The number of Russians checking the rates once a fortnight made up 16%, 18% check them once a week, while 57% are not interested in the thing at all.

The low interest in the currency fluctuation is seen evident, especially as the majority of Russians, 38%, prefer to keep their savings in rubles. The dollar and the Euro are no longer the most popular currencies in Russia.
