Usman' is a Russian city (since 1779), the administrative center of the Usman' District of the Lipetsk Region.
It is located at the distance of 75 km from Lipetsk. The population of Usman' makes 19 739 people (as of 2015).
Since 2004 the youth songwriting and poetry festival The Silver Spring is annually held here. In 2003 a new palace of culture was constructed in the Lenin Square.
