Adygeysk is a Russian town in the northwest of the Republic of Adygea.
Its population makes 12 444 people (as of 2013).
It is located in Ciscaucasia, on the bank of the Krasnodar Reservoir, 8 km away from the railway station of Psekups on the Krasnodar-1 – Goryachy Klyuch line of the North Caucasian railroad, 85 km to the northwest of Maikop, and 15 km to the southeast of Krasnodar.
The settlement was built for dwellers of farms and settlements flooded by construction of the Kasnodar Reservoir. Most of the locals work in Krasnodar.
The industrial township of Adygeysk was founded in 1973, and got the status of a town on July 27, 1976.
