Tulsky is a settlement (an industrial township till 2011) in the Maikop District of the Republic of Adygea (Russia).
It has the population of 10 825 people (as of 2013).
It is located 7 km to the south of Maikop on the right bank of River Belaya. Its railway station Tulskaya stands on the line Belorechenskaya — Khadzhokh.
The Egerukhayevskaya Village was founded in 1862 and was renamed into Tulskaya in 1867. It was developed into the industrial township Tulskaya by 1963.
In 2011 Tulskaya became a rural settlement.
