As Head of the Department for the Development of New Territories Vladimir Zhidkin said, Berendeevo Kingdom Group will become the investor of the Park of Russian Fairy Tales in New Moscow. It is already developing a similar project in Serpukhov District of the Moscow Oblast.

The Kingdom of Far Far Away, the Castle of Koshchey and Honeymooners' Park are planned to be built within the Park of Russian Fairy Tales. The possibility of allocating a of 30-50-hectares land plot near Vnukovo airport, or maybe in the area of Marushkino settlement is under consideration in New Moscow. Berendeevo Kingdom Group expects that the land owners in New Moscow will agree to transfer land for the park as investment commitment for the construction of commercial housing on the territories.

According to the project, the park will be divided into three zones: Area of Good (Far Far Away Kingdom), Midworld and the Area of Evil (Kingdom of Koshchey). Visitors from different parts of the park will be able to fight each other with ancient weapons during the "fairy" reenactments, to stay in a haunted hotel, to visit the Vodka Museum and to attend the ancient wedding ceremony.

The characters of Russian fairy tales: Koshchey, Baba Yaga, Snegurochka and Lel will "revive" in the park. Newlyweds will be able to make an Orthodox or pagan wedding ceremony, to register their wedding in the registrar and to rent a banquet house. Artisans will live in small houses in the park on a regular basis and will pay the rent.

In the Kingdom of Far Far Away the guests can plunge into the good world of Russian fairy tales. Visitors are awaited by the Chamber of Tsar Berendey, The Scarlet Flower fountain, The Glade of Pushkin Fairy Tales and The Golden Cockerel cafe.

Next to the Russian Inn will be located the ethnographic park of ancient Russian life, where the guests will be able to milk a goat, to wash a horse, to burn a pot and to bake bread. In the castle of Vasilisa the Beautiful visitors will watch the abduction of Vasilisa by Koshchey and will set off in search of her.

The way to Vasilisa will run through Koshchey's Kingdom – the territory of the "dark" characters of Russian fairy tales. In the hut of Baba Yaga the park visitors will be offered to get challenged by fire and water, to take steam in the "black" bath and to have a dinner at the fish restaurant. Searches will continue through the "Dark Forest", where Leshys will ask guests to guess riddles and monsters and witches will make creepy noises. The visitors will meet Nightingale the Robber, will try to over-whistle him, to bungee jump and go across the bridge ride. In the end, the guests arrive to the Castle of Koshchey, guarded by the figure of Zmey Gorynych spewing flames. At the castle entrance the monsters snatch the women out from the group and drag them to the captivity, demanding a ransom. Next, the guests will watch the scene of the release of Vasilisa by Ivan Tsarevich. After Vasilisa and the prisoners were released, the guests can sing karaoke, dine in the restaurant and leave the castle through the "dungeon".

A hotel, providing themed "adventures" will open in the Castle of Koshchey. For example, when the visitor will be entering the room, they will get abruptly frightened by a ghost.

The castle guests can buy souvenirs from the Mistress of Copper Mountain, fight with swords and play computer games. The hostelries – double-, three- and four-star hotels, furnished in the Russian style – will be located at the park entrance. Alongside it will be possible to park and rent a car, to rent a stroller and to leave belongings in the locker. Honeymooners' Park will be located next to the Kingdom of Far Far Away.

The bride and groom will be able to go through the Gate of the Kiss, to make wishes in front of the Phoenix Bird as well as to take the household exams: to catch a chicken and to chop firewood. In the birch grove of ancient Russian goddess Lada newlyweds will cross "the seven crystal bridges over streams," will exchange vows and hang the ribboned locks ahead of the Grotto of Love - a decorative waterfall. Then, the bride and groom will get blessed by Berendey and register their marriage in the registrar or in the parish church. The city of craftsmen, where artisans from different regions trade, will open in Midworld.

The park attractions will be one of a kind: the pillow and dusty bag fights, stilt running and shooting real bows. It will be possible to jump on a "slingshot" up to 30 meters, to flight a hot air balloon, to ride a carriage with bells and Emelya's stove. Glutton Rows with a restaurant in the shape of Russian samovar, the branch of Vodka Museum, Men's Pub and biscuit shops will stay open at the park entrance during the fair. Samovar restaurant rooms will be painted in Khokhloma style and decorated in boyar chamber's manner. Musicians will play ancient music. Also, guests will be able to visit the food court, Puppet Theater, Chapiteau circus and to ring the bells. In the Russian Host club the guests will be offered to check out the ancient weapon: mace, crossbows, daggers and also to take part in the simulation battles on Sarachinskoye Field. Sadko business yard with three-storey four-star hotel for conferences and corporate events, a sports club, horseback riding club and a children's pension will also be provided in the park.

The visitors will enjoy bowling, billiards, golf, beach volleyball and football, tennis, lapta and gorodki. They will visit the shooting range and a spa, will ski, ride quadracycles and snowmobiles. Overall, the hotels of the Park of Russian Fairy Tales will provide 450 beds and one hostel will ensure 300 beds. A parking lot for 1170 cars should be organized at the park entrance.
