A dozen cars that hit the brakes on this icy road went out of control smashing others and adding to the pile. The clip was shot by a handful of brave streetracers who tried to warn people of the danger and helped passengers, including children, get out of the damaged cars to avoid injuries. Watch slow response by the police.
