Watch the rocket being pulled out of hangar and placed on the launch pad.

This video gives you a better general view of the crash, with the spectators expressing their embarrassment. 

Below you can see people, possibly emergency and rescue staff, who were scared out of the wits to see the rocket crash. They were very much concerned about the toxic fuel cloud, which could reach them very soon, so they got on the bus and drove away as fast as they could.

 Here's another video showing what the author says is the toxic orange cloud, resulting for the explosion of heptyl, the fuel they use to get the payload into orbit.
