F1 pilot Kamui Kobayashi crashes his Ferrari during a demo.
Taking part in the Moscow City Racing event on Sunday, he lost control of the car right near the Moscow Kremlin.
“The track was very slippery and there was a marked bump at that point, which is why I hit the barrier. A shame, but I am pleased the team let me out again after a few minutes,” Kobayashi told Ferrari's official website.
People on a picnic were fascinated by the aerobatics of a small helicopter flying over them near the city of Sochi, the future host of the 2014 Olympic Games.
But the pilot crashed the chopper right into the river, and onlookers rushed to the scene to save the injured.
No one died in the incident.
A group of car enthusiasts claim to have uploaded a video of a new make of Lada Granta, one of the latest domestic models on the market. This is the liftback version which will be available only in 2014.
