Russian president Vladimir Putin has promised the leaders of German companies to create more favorable conditions for the foreign partners on the Russian market in the near future. This is stated on the official website of Kremlin. “We have many prospective projects and I hope that your interest in Russian partners will only increase and you won’t miss the opportunities that the Russian market has to offer. It would be absurd to doubt the great potential and experience provided by the Russian market” - said the president.
The meeting was also attended by the president’s assistant Andrey Belousov, the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov and the Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukaev.
In October 2015 a consulting company Global Counsel has mentioned that the next year and a half could be a crucial moment for Russian economy because a lot of companies might leave the market.
The experts analyzed the reports of 46 different organizations that are widely present on the market such as BP, Royal Dutch Shell, Siemens, Lafarge and Deutsche Bank. Most of them believe that the financial situation in Russia will worsen.
