GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Modern style apartment; tiled floor; wooden parquet in the room; new set furniture; windows into the yard; safe district. The area of the room is 20 square meters, the kitchen is 9 square meters.

TV, INTERNET: Digital television with all the main channels. Wireless Internet.

CONDITIONS: Early arrival (7:00-12:00 a.m.) and late departure (after 12:00) are charged with 50% of the rate. Minimum stay is 1 night. Key deposit ($100) is charged upon arrival into the apartment and returnable at the time of departure.
