Rospotrebnadzor drew up the rules for the operation of enterprises after lifting restrictions due to coronavirus. For each sphere, the list is different, but there are also general ones: the priority of remote work even after self-isolation, restrictions on the number of employees in offices, vacations in “reliable” places, and a ban on events.
Rospotrebnadzor published rules and recommendations for enterprises from different sectors of the economy to follow after the end of self-isolation due to coronavirus. The memos are published on the government website stopkoronavirus.ru in the section Useful information -> Memos. A total of 16 cards are posted: including for shift workers, the film industry, saunas and baths, as well as car and dry cleaning maintenance services:
- Provide remote work with self-isolation, especially for workers over 65 years old, people with chronic diseases or low immunity, as well as pregnant women;
- Dissociate the team: spread shifts in time, limit contacts, apply special markings on the floor.
- The maximum number of employees who can be in the same room at the same time: up to 50 sq.m - no more than 5 people, up to 100 sq.m - no more than 10 people, up to 200 sq.m - no more than 25 people, more than 200 sq.m - no more than 50 people.
- Mass events are prohibited, as well as the participation of workers in the events of other organizations. A visit to the dining room according to the approved schedule, a ban on eating at workplaces. Allocation of a special room in cases where there is no dining room.
- It is undesirable to plan holidays in countries and regions of Russia with an unfavorable situation due to coronavirus;
- To simplify the identification of employees at the checkpoint, to ensure social distance. At the entrance, employees must treat their hands with antiseptics and disinfectant wipes.
- Employees should be provided with masks, disinfectants, antiseptics and gloves. Workplace masks are required. Measure staff temperature every four hours.
- Disinfect all door handles, switches, handrails and other contact surfaces every 2-4 hours. Ventilate the room every 2 hours. Regularly carry out wet cleaning of office premises and common areas. Install bactericidal air irradiators.
There are specific tips for enterprises from different industries.
Beauty salons and hairdressers. The recommendations relate on the one hand to the premises, and on the other to people. Rospotrebnadzor recommends carrying out a general cleaning before opening and disinfecting indoor air, and aerating every two hours. All contact surfaces and tools must be cleaned after each customer. Contacts between employees and visitors should be limited, serviced by appointment only and maintained for an interval of 20 minutes between visitors. The distance between the two clients served should be at least 1.5 m.
Trade. Rospotrebnadzor advises marking to maintain social distance, installing washbasins with soap in public places and ventilating the premises, using air irradiators. The staff must wear masks and gloves, buyers should wear masks. Personnel should treat their hands or gloves with antiseptics every two hours.
Cafes and restaurants. The recommendations are divided into four stages: from the restriction regime, when only delivery and take-away work are allowed, to the regular one. At the very beginning, only enterprises with no more than 20 seats will be able to work with a distance of 1 m between them. Every 5-6 hours - wet cleaning. At the third stage, enterprises with an area of not more than 50 square meters will open. Mass events, like banquets and commemorations, are still prohibited at this stage. Disposable dishes should be used, reusable - only subject to disinfection. At the last stage of the requirements, only masks and gloves for staff and disinfection at the end of the shift will remain.
Schools. Rospotrebnadzor recommends setting a schedule for children to come to school, a social distance of 1.5 m, a zigzag layout for desks for one person each. Assign each classroom with its own study room, as well as the lesson schedule and changes. Disinfect the premises at each break and after class. If possible, reduce the number of students in one class.
