The residents of Moscow bring flowers to the place of the murder of the Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov.

About 200 people gathered on Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge. About half of them are journalists. This is written by RIA “Novosti”. The agency reports that “an impressive heap of flowers” has formed at the place of murder, a portrait of Nemtsov is set next to it. In addition, people bring leaflets in support of the politician: printed photos of him with subscriptions in French “Je suis Boris” (“I am Boris” - note of “Lenta.Ru”).

Similar leaflets appeared in France after the shooting of the cartoonists of the magazine Charlie Hebdo. The governor of Kirov Oblast Nikita Belykh – the former associate of Boris Nemtsov from the “Union of Right Forces” party - also arrived at the place of murder, according to TASS. Earlier Belykh wrote in his Twitter that he talked with Nemtsov several hours before the murder. Anatoly Chubais also came and laid flowers to the photos of Nemtsov, then he left.

The politician Boris Nemtsov was shot dead in Moscow on the night of February 28. Unknown persons riding in a white car shot him in the back no less than six times while he walked through the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge with his friend. A criminal case was opened concerning this incident by the articles “Murder” and “Illegal arms trafficking”. It is noted that the investigation is considering all versions of the murder of Nemtsov and does not exclude that it was a contract murder. The Kremlin considered it a provocation.
