The authorities of Vologda Oblast jointly with the Russian Ministry of Culture have decided to launch a tourism project “Silver Necklace of Russia” in the region. The “Silver Necklace” will include such cities of the region as Vologda, Belozersk, Tot'ma, Veliky Ustyug, Kirillov and Vytegra” – Kuvshinnikov reported.
