A route dedicated to the legends and myths of the Altai has been developed in Belokurikha-2.
The developers of the “Belokuriha 2” project finish the preparation of the new tourist route dedicated to the legends and myths of the Altai Mountains. Its path winds through the primeval taiga and the foothills of the mountains Glukharinaya, Sukhaya Griva, Sinyukha, Malaya Sinyukha, Teplukha and others, according to the official website of the Altai Territory.
The creation of the new route involved the chairman of the Board of Altai Zaisans Valentin Chekonov and the shaman Artem Ignatenko. They visited the territory of the future resort, passed the path of the ancient shamans, told the developers about the names of some historical monuments of nature and the legends associated with them. “The tourist area of Belokuriha-2 is of important historical and ethnographic value and will gain international fame in the future. For the time being we have passed the most accessible points, but in fact, there are a lot of them” - the writer, president of the Union of National Cultures of the Altai and shaman Artem Ignatenko notes.
The shaman paths of the Altai taiga will be accessed by foot, by horse and by car, the route begins from the base area of “Belokuriha-2”which can be accessed through the federal road. The presentation of the route will be held in October. “Legends and Myths of Altai” will be a part of a larger package of tourism services developed by the “Belokuriha” Resort” Company. Some of the routes are already working in a test mode.
A complete package of tourism services will be presented in 2015. “The arrangement of campsites, viewing platforms and roads is being completed on the routes. A place for arranging a small ethno-park is being selected. When the product is finally formed it will be offered by the tourism companies” - the press service of the company notes.
