If you are planning your trip to Adler for the first time, follow our tips to get the best impressions of this place and neighboring territories.

1.Ride a bike along the alleys of the Olympic Embankment

One of the longest - and most beautiful - seaside embankments in Russia, and also one of the most remarkable. Here are the world-famous stadiums and palaces of the Olympics, and the gorgeous subtropical nature, and the majestic mountains that shelter Adler from bad weather. This entertainment is all-season, as it is often warm and sunny on the Black Sea coast in winter.

2. Admire the attractions of "Sochi Park"

The largest amusement park in the country will appeal to both children and adults. In addition to adventures tickling your nerves, you can walk here all day - and you won't get bored, take pictures, cool off in the pools and funny labyrinths, participate in master classes, admire sand sculptures and dolphin shows.

3. Sunbathe  by the lake in the mountains

Such an opportunity is provided to guests of the hotels in the resorts of Krasnaya Polyana: vacationers can splash in the pools taking pictures   against the background of the ever-snow caps of the Caucasus Mountains. If you are not a guest of one of the alpine "five", you can fulfill your dream in the fashionable recreation area "Rosa Beach". The views are amazing!

4. Go camping

Also, for gorgeous views, you should go on a mountain adventure. Hiking is especially relevant in the summer, when the sunny weather in the mountain resorts beckons to go for a walk. Comfortable +25° C, wonderful panoramas and a lot of different routes - from light Health Trails on Rosa Khutor to more unusual trips through the park of waterfalls "Mendelikha" or to alpine meadows and lakes. There are more than enough routes. Such emotions are unique!

5. Dine at Vysota

If you want to celebrate the conquest of Rosa Peak, the cherished mark of 2320 meters, with chic shine - you need the Vysota 2320 restaurant. The panoramic windows offer a stunning view of the Caucasus Mountains, the Aibga ridge and the Black Sea, and the clean mountain air increases appetite. There is something to enjoy here, the menu contains an unusual mix of European delights and Black Sea traditions. The products are all local, marked "environmentally friendly", and even mulled wine is brewed specially, and it is one of the best in Sochi. Restaurateurs promise gastronomic paradise!

6. Take a beautiful photoset against the backdrop of blooming magnolias

Or wisterias, palms, bamboo, rhododendrons, cedars, cypresses or exotic herbs and shrubs! Such a variety will be found in the Southern Cultures Park, the most beautiful in Adler. It is especially good in spring, during the period of rapid flowering of sulange magnolia. And it's worth seeing.

7. Drive to Abkhazia for real khachapuri

And why not - the border is very close here and to cross it you do not need anything except a Russian passport in your pocket. You can try an authentic product in Gagra, then keep within the time frame for lunch, or under the Pitsunda pine trees. If you are planning to relax in the sunny republic on the weekend, go to Sukhum and look for the Nartaa restaurant. The best "boats", with cheese, eggs, or smoked meat - are there!
