UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Russia

ince 1990, UNESCO has been adding Russian landmarks and natural reserves to its list of World Heritage Sites. The list is compiled by country and includes both cultural and natural reserves as the areas under special protection of the international bodies. Russia-InfoCentre contains a wealth of information about various sites, and we wanted to pinpoint you to articles and features that shed light on the beauties of the regions and monuments. Admittedly, we still have not told about some of the sites, but we'll make a point of rectifying this soon ;-)
