Petrovskoye village is named after Peter the Great and is the oldest of Hannibal possessions. From here Abram P. Hannibal started to settle the land granted to him in 1742 by Empress Elizabeth and later divided between the sons of "Negro of Peter the Great." French Regular Park with "amusement facilities" and two master's houses are less accurate portrait of Abraham Hannibal's possessions and his descendants, but more the image of noble mansion of the XVIII century. The manor is located at a distance from the Village of Pushkin Mountains in comparison with Mikhailovskoe village or Trigorskoye village.
Like the rest of the Pushkin Mountains the Petrovskoye village is a reconstruction of old manor that did not survive the revolution. Buildings were burned in 1918, the park was badly damaged during the Great Patriotic War. Some of the trees still stood: two hundred year old huge limes and highly grown dwarf limes, "Petrine antonovka" and hawthorn. Park and two master's houses recreate the documents and images according to the results of archaeological research. Objects found during the excavations are exhibited on a separate small booth in a little old house of Abram Hannibal.
The most important of few memorabilia associated with his name is the Holy Savior’s image hanging in the study-bedroom. Peter blessed Hannibal with this image, when he returned after study in France. The Holy Savior’s image was an heirloom of Hannibal’s family and Pushkin reserve has received it from the Hermitage.
