The town of Narimanov is located 45 kilometers to the north of Astrakhan, on the right high bank of the Volga River


The Legend of Perm Bear Monument (aka Walking Bear or Bear-2) is the number 37, the end point of the walk through Green Line, a walking tourist route. The Samotlor Lake located in the eastern part of Khanty and Mansi Autonomous District, 24 km from Nizhnevartovsk, is not the biggest, and certainly not the most beautiful one among Russian lakes. But it played a big part in the history of the country, the importance of this role can hardly be overestimated. Russias largest oil field is located near Samotlor.


The strongest impression from Archeopark is got by those who did know anything about it before their arrival in Khanty-Mansiysk - the surprise effect works.


Ganina Yama is an old forest mine in the vicinity of Ekaterinburg named after the contractor Gavriil (diminutive is Ganya) who bought it in XIX century.

Kenozersky National Park is famous for its numerous lakes and rivers, mossy boulders, Hizh-mountain covered with forests and the unique natural monument called Northern Equator. Esker ridge formed by glacier ten thousand years ago separates the two lakes Maselga and Vilna.
