In early spring of 2014 New Moscow Center of Cultural Initiatives launches a mobile service project initiated by Troitsky and Novomoskovsk Administrative Okrugs (TaNAO): The Mobile Planetarium.

In March, inflatable dome was installed in the halls of three cultural institutions: on March 16 in the House of Culture Klenovo (Klenovo village), on March 23 in the House of Culture Jubileyny (Bylovo village) and on 29-30 March in the House of Culture Kommunarka. Under the dome, the guests can experience a space travel through the universe and watch a stereoscopic movie about space objects, the structure of the solar system and space explorers. The shows will be accompanied by exciting lectures. If the audience wants it can ask lecturer any questions. It is planned to hold 5 sessions a day: at 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00. Films to be showed will be selected in accordance with the audience age.

The Planetarium can accommodate 30 people at the same time. Each session is 40 minutes long. The mobile planetarium is an inflatable dome with a diameter of 5 and height of 3.5 meters, made of durable material (the weight of the construction is just 10 kilograms). The dome's inner walls have a special coating on which the video image is projected. It turns into a large volumetric display. The picture of the sky turns in the appropriate mode and speed, so the audience gets the impression of "full immersion". The show involves visual and audio effects. The lecturer stays behind the visitors and helping himself with a laser pointer draws their attention to the different space objects, commenting on what is happening in parallel.

March 16 — the House of Culture Klenovo; 
March 23 — the House of Culture Jubileyny, Krasnopakhorskoye settlement, Bylovo village;
March 29-30 — the House of Culture Kommunarka;
April 5 — the House of Culture Solnetchny, Schapovo settlement;
April 6 — the House of Culture Zvyozdny, Krasnopakhorskoye settlement, Krasnaya Pakhra village;
April 12 — the House of Culture Voskresenskoye, Voskresenskoye settlement;
April 13 — the House of Culture Zvyozdny, Krasnopakhorskoye settlement, Krasnaya Pakhra village;
April 19-20 — the House of Culture Yakovlevskoye, Novofyodorovskoye settlement, Yakovlevskoye village.
