More Russian Airline Companies Can Be Used By the Officials

The Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviation) has doubled the list of Russian airline companies that can be used by the officials. This was reported on the agency’s website. Earlier the list consisted of 25 airline companies, and the extended list includes 49 of them.

Compared to the previous list, the new one was supplemented mainly by regional carriers. In particular, these are “Angara”, “Volgograd Aviation Enterprise”, “Komaviatrans”, “PANH”, “Pioneer”, “Khabarovsk Airlines”, “Chukotavia”. Russian officials can also fly on business trips using major airlines, including “Aeroflot”, “Siberia” (S7), “Rossiya”, “UTair”, “Pobeda”, "Yamal”, “Ural Airlines”, “Yakutia”, and others.

Besides, the list includes airline companies of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. It has not changed in comparison with the previous version. Nowadays Russian officials can use the services of seven foreign carriers: “Air Armenia”, “Belavia” (Belarus), “Air Kyrgyzstan”, “Air Manas”, “Avia Traffic Company” (Kyrgyzstan), “Air Astana”, SCAT (Kazakhstan).
