The administration of the Chinese province of Anhui decided to build a “Russian village” for tourists in the area of the famous Tianzhu Mountain, as the Head of the Ministry for Development of Russian Far East Aleksandr Galushka statedon Friday.
“This decision has been made by the province leadership, and we support the decision and believe that it will contribute both to attracting tourists from Russia to that place and to increasing the interest of the tourists from China and other countries coming in that unique village,” Galushka said, his words are quoted by the press service of the Ministry for Development of Russian Far East.
It is planned that it will be possible to buy goods of Russian folk crafts and other goods from Russia in the tourist village. The Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East Galushka is on his working visit to the People’s Republic of China. He has taken part in the opening ceremony of the Russian-Chinese tourism forum. During his visit, A. Galushka came to Anhui where he met with the administration of the province. Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of cooperation in the field of tourism, alongside with the issues of investment and economic cooperation.
