“Amur – Khabarovsk” and “Komsomolsky” tourist and recreational clusters in the Khabarovsk Territory have been included in the draft of the Federal Program titled “Development of Domestic and Incoming Tourism in the Russian Federation for the years2019 – 2025” on the basis of a competitive selection.

The main specialization of the “Amur” cluster will be the development of cruise tourism along the Amur River within the Khabarovsk Territory, the Amur Region and the Jewish Autonomous Region. The region has an established modern riverside berth infrastructure for the reception of cruise and yacht vessels. The embankment in Khabarovsk has been reconstructed, a yacht lagoon for 70 vessels with a river station and a checkpoint for cruise and pleasure boats was built at “Zaimka”. The works are being performed on the embankment in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. The building of the Centre of Tourist Routing of the Northern Districts of the region in Nikolaevsk-on-Amur is being designed.

In turn, the “Komsomolsky” TRC includes five subclusters: “Aviatsioinny”, “Silinsky”, “Tsentralny”, “Kholdomi” and “Klyuchevaya Sopka”. It is planned to build 17 large facilities there; which will make it possible to implement about 35 different projects.
