Analysts of online ticket sales service Kupibilet.ru made a rating of air carriers with the cheapest tickets to Russia, having analyzed more than 200 Russian and foreign companies operating in Russia.
According to Kupibilet.ru, the leader is the low-cost carrier Pobeda. The average ticket price for the airline's flights in the summer of 2018 was 4.2 thousand rubles. Nordwind Airlines took the second place. The average cost of ticket of this airlines is 4,700 rubles. The third place was taken by the regional carrier RusLine, with an average ticket price of 5.6 thousand rubles. It is followed by Nordavia Company, which has an average ticket price of about 6 thousand rubles.

The top-5 is closed by Ural Airlines with an average price for a ticket of 5.95 thousand rubles. The rating was compiled on the basis of the average price for a ticket, taking into account domestic and foreign flights. According to the company, the average cost of the air ticket in July was 7.9 thousand rubles.
"The rating was based mainly on short regional routes. Of course, such flights are cheaper than international ones by definition. But regional routes occupy a significant share of air transportation and therefore influence the average price. If we consider only the top destinations and estimate which airlines offer more often the lowest price, the leaders will look different, and the average cost will be absolutely different " - Kupibilet.ru noted.
