How to Get to Arkhangelsk International Airport

Arkhangelsk international airport   is located in the Talazh aviation camp. That is why the airport is called Talagi. Initially, this name was carried by two farms and a village nearby. The airfield was built in 1942. Today, the city’s air gateway is a modern airport with a decent range of services.

Terminal

The airport has one passenger terminal   serving about 800 thousand people annually. The plans for the development of the airport include the construction of a new terminal.

Services

The Arkhangelsk airport has all the necessary services that a passenger may need while waiting for a flight. Here you can eat in cafes and bars,  try the national delicacy of the Pomorie - figurines made of dough, baked and decorated.   There are also ATMs, a first-aid post, a mother-and-child room, and a VIP room here. A hotel is located nearby.

How to get to the airport

You can get to the center of Arkhangelsk by bus and taxi.

By taxi

Arkhangelsk taxi companies offer a trip from the airport to the city center for 250-350 RUB. Prices vary depending on the carrier.

By bus

Route number 12 runs between the airport and the sea river station. The interval   is about  8-10 minutes. Fare - 26 RUB. Minibus number 32 will take you to the train station. Fare - 28 RUB. Bus number 153 goes to the city of Severodvinsk. Operating hours: from 5:55 am to 10:20 pm. The fare is 150 RUB.
