The swamp approaches the dune very close, that is a rare combination, but typical for Shushenskiy Bor, and the cranes live in the swamp.

Tourists also enjoy the view of Lake Perovo, which is more than 10 thousand years old. The area of the lake is the oldest, the most preserved part of the forest. On the shore of the lake, under the guidance of scientific staff of the historical and ethnographic museum, a hut was built. Such huts were typical for peasants in the 19th century.

The favorite place for tourists is the Sand Hill, the highest sand dune in the Shushenskiy Bor. Its height is 45 m from the foot.

The Shushenskoye village adjacent to the Bor, the Yenisei River and the right bank - the deserted Coibal steppe, the five-vertex Borus ridge, which is located in the mountainous part of the Shushensky Bor are viewed from the mountain.

Another tourist object of the park is Macherkina hill - a monument of the Bronze and Iron Ages. There were settlements of Afanasyev, Tagar and Tashtyk epochs. This archeological monument was opened in 1948 by the teacher of the history of the village school of Shushensk, A. Gorlevskiy.
