Train Tours to St. Petersburg

Railway tours to St. Petersburg are organized weekly. The duration of the excursion program may be different: from short two- or three-day tours to longer full-fledged tourist trips lasting 10-12 days.

As a rule, the cost of tours by train includes hotel accommodation, meals based on breakfast (some programs offer two meals a day), excursion and transfer services, guide services, however  train tickets are not included.

Upon arrival in St. Petersburg, tourists travel  to the hotel, where they meet with the guide, and if you wish, you can pre-book an individual transfer from the station and back.



During the journey, tourists move around the city in comfortable buses, which are served every day at the hotel entrance (sometimes a gathering point is  at a nearby location).


In St. Petersburg there are five railway stations: Moscow, Finland, Ladoga, Vitebsk, and Baltic. Trains departing from the capital (Moscow Oktyabrskaya station) arrive at Moscow railway station -  famous Red Arrow, the Sapsan and Nevsky Express speed trains follow this route.

A trip from the capital to St. Petersburg on the “Red Arrow” will take  8 hours, while the “Sapsan” will take you to the city on the Neva in just 4 hours.
