The Wonder Land theme park has opened at the “Gorki Gorod” all-weather mountain resort in Krasnaya Polyana; it is located in a relict forest at an altitude of 960 meters above the sea level, as the resort’s press service reported.

The press service also noted that in the forest you can meet characters of different fairy tales - Baba Yaga, Little Red Riding Hood or Robin Hood, which will help visitors of the park to explore the flora of Wonder Land.

“The main treasure of the forest is the opportunity to see the great diversity of the flora of the Caucasus Mountains with your own eyes. Wild alder, maple, beech, horn beech and hazel, as well as the oldest varieties of ferns and mosses, grow there. The majority of these trees and plants can be found only in Krasnaya Polyana, and some of them are listed in the Red Book”, as the representatives of the resort explained.



According to the creators of the park, Wonder Land is suitable for a family vacation in the mountains of Krasnaya Polyana, as well as for organizing and conducting children’s parties.

“In time for the winter season, a restaurant with 60 seats will open here, besides, winter characters of fairy tales and cartoons will appear by that time”, the press service added.
